How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at support@Raveltstore.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.

On the side note, 10% of the product price will be charged as handling charge for item cancellation.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We provide 100% FREE Shipping but the promotional products have shipping charges which includes a tracking number. This is part of our continued commitment to provide the best customer service and ensure 100% satisfaction for every order made from our store

How long does the delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 07-20 business days for the United States and 20-30 business days internationally. 

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.

How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking here. You will be receiving an email containing your order’s Tracking Number details 3-4 days after your order is placed in our store. In the event that you fail to receive an email containing this information. Please feel free to send us a follow-up email at our Customer Support Email address Support@raveltstore.com and include your order number in the email so we can assist you quickly

I’ve placed an order with multiple items recently; can I combine them into one package?

Since we have different Warehouse for order distribution, each item is subject to availability. Sometimes we don’t have the products available in one place so the items may be shipped separately. However, you will still receive your orders, just maybe not at the same time.

How do i get Refund/Return?

A full refund or replacement will be given for items that are not received or lost in travel. Returns can also be made within 14 days after you receive your order. Errors made by customers when providing shipping information and sizing details on their order/s that result to missed parcel deliveries or wrong size are excluded in the refund.
